A fundraising event at McCleod Community League Hall in celebration of Chileno de Corazon, a magazine published by the Chilean Canadian Cultural Society. The presidents of the Chilean Canadian Cultural Societies in Edmonton and Calgary make speeches in support of the magazine project. The music and dance performances include the Danzas de España dance group and some folksingers. Manuel Aguilera, radio announcer from El Portal Chileno, announces a weeklong series of events called La Semana Chilena. Javier Ramos, director of Chileno de Corazon, discusses his collaborators who write for and produce the magazine.
